RETURNS

We want you to have the best shopping experience at Stellino, your happiness is important to us. We do, however, understand that not all purchases go as planned, so here are some simple steps to follow to let us help with your order.

Please note: You are agreeing to the following returns terms and conditions, by processing your payment and completing your order with us.

 

  • Please return items within 14 days of delivery for an online store credit.
  • A credit note will be issued for returns, we do not offer refunds.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
  • All return shipping charges are covered by the customer.
  • On the rare occasion that an item is not returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags still attached) we will return the item/s to the sender.
  • Sale/ Clearance items are NOT accepted for return.
  • STELLINO does not offer a refund if you make wrong selection, need a different size or change of mind. This includes payments made with Afterpay.

 

How to return an item:

1. To begin your return, please send your returned item to:

2. We will be in touch via email to confirm your return has been approved and processed.
3. Make sure to include your proof of purchase details and a clearly marked package with your return.

Exchanges

To make an exchange and ensure a quick turnaround on the item you really want, please follow the returns instructions above. 

Please include the exchange details and proof of purchase in the email, once approved make a separate purchase of your new item using the online store code we give you as credit. Note: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

 

Damages and issues

It is advised to inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item or damage has been discovered. We will ensure you get the right item and your order is corrected.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to safety reasons we cannot accept certain items to be returned.These items include.

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/ clearance items or gift cards.

 

Credit Notes

Your credit note is only valid in our online store. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Product Imagery and Colour

Stellino cannot liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individual’s computers when shopping with us. If you require further information on a product please email us info@stellino.com.au

 

Afterpay

Afterpay is only available for orders shipped within Australia at this time. Afterpay orders are subject to standard STELLINO return policy.

Afterpay purchases can be returned for store credit only. STELLINO will issue a credit upon receipt of your return and you will be required to fullfil your payments via Afterpay.
