RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

STELLINO does not offer refunds, however full price items can be returned  Store Credit  that can be redeemed In-store and Online.

All returns must meet the following strict conditions:

 • Unworn and free from perfume and makeup
 • Unwashed (including dry-cleaning)
 • All tags must be attached
 • No undergarments or earrings (for hygiene reasons, undergarments or earrings cannot be returned)

STELLINO does not offer a refund if you make wrong selection,need a different size or change of mind. This includes payments made with Afterpay.

 All returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include a completed returns form (included with your order or print one here) with your items and post them to the following address:

Please note that if you return an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage. 

Exchanges

Available to Australian customers only.

Please complete the returns form (included with your order or print one here) with the details of your exchange and post it with the item you wish to exchange to the address above. We are able to exchange an item for the same value.

Please note: Due to the high demand for our products we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested exchange items in stock. If your exchange item is not available, you will be advised by email and automatically issued with a Online Store Credit (see terms below).

Online Store credit

Online Store Credit will be issued for returned items unless you have requested an exchange. Online Store Credit are valid for 12 months from date of issue and can  be used  online only.

Once we receive your return, it takes 5 business days to process and issue your store credit. If your postal tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t appeared in your STELLINO account after 5 business days, please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team.

Multiple Exchanges

If you have already exchanged an item once, you must cover the cost to ship any subsequent exchange items back to you. Please include a pre-paid satchel with your exchange.

International Returns

There are NO returns for exchanges for any international orders.

All international returns  must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the items and you will be issued with an Online Store Credit. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage. 


Can I return an item ordered online to the Newtown Store ?

We are unable to process any online returns at our Newtown Store. All online returns must be processed through head office.

 

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale only. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Items

If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot replace it or repair the style, we will offer Store Credit note or refund.

Product Imagery and colour

Stellino cannot liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individual’s computers when shopping with us. If you require further information on a product please email us info@stellino.com.au

Afterpay

Afterpay is only available for orders shipped within Australia at this time. Afterpay orders are subject to standard STELLINO return policy.

Afterpay purchases can be returned for store credit only. STELLINO will issue a credit upon receipt of your return and you will be required to fullfil your payments via Afterpay.
