SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

 How much is postage?

Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

We only deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers through standard shipping. If you would like your order to be sent via express shipping, please use a residential or business address. 

 

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We sure do! Please make sure you include your company name in your shipping details, as this will assist Australia Post to correctly deliver your parcel. If your business address is a little tricky, we do suggest sending it to a residential address.

 

Do I need to be home for delivery?

If you are not home, your parcel will either be left in a safe location or a card will be left and your parcel sent to the nearest post office.

 

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation email please contact us and our customer service department will assist you.

 

I have not received my order

If you have not received your order within 15 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please email your full name and order details to info@stellino.com.au and our customer service team will be able to assist you.

 An order with an incorrect address may take up to 2 weeks to be received back to our warehouse, processed again and redelivered to you.

 If an incorrect address is supplied by the customer, STELLINO cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost in transit.

 

I have received an incorrect item in my order

If you received an item that you didn’t order, please contact us with your order details along with a photo or description of the incorrectly sent item and our customer service team will assist you.

 

I have received faulty item in my order

We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare event that a product is faulty, please contact us and include your order details and a photo of the fault and our customer service team will assist you.

 

 Can I change any details on my order?

Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes, as we will already be processing it. This includes item changes, item size, delivery address and contact details.
